AGR-HYC99 is formulated using hypochlorous acid (HOCL) which is effective in eliminating pathogens such as the Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus and Pseudomonas Aeroginosa - this acid is safe for human use and is non-toxic. While it has a mild chlorine smell to it, the smell dissipates easily and thus is non-irritative to the nose and does not have any poisonous side effects
